However, the out-of-pocket cost of the bank transfer for the refund itself will be deducted from the amount. - For reservations canceled after 30 days before the arrival date (for any reason such as unexpected events or illnesses) the deposit will be retained by the hotel but will be usable for a new stay for which the availability of the dates will have to be agreed with the hotel . - Once you arrive at the hotel, in case of early departure during your stay, at the time of payment, in addition to the days actually stayed, a penalty of 3 days will be applied.
